Every device goes through certified data erasure under our ISO 27001-certified processes. SIM cards are removed and recorded, and you receive an individual data wipe certificate for every device, giving you a full audit trail.

Activation locks and MDM enrolment are flagged as soon as devices arrive. Once you've released them, we reset and recheck each device up to three times, and report back on any that remain locked.
