1. Our services
We provide secure collection, certified data erasure, testing and grading, lock and MDM management, buy-back, remarketing, recycling and destruction services for mobile devices and IT equipment for businesses.
The information on this website is a general description of our services. It does not form an offer or contract. Every job is subject to a written quote and our terms of business, which we will confirm with you before any work starts.
2. Quotes and valuations
Quotes are based on the information you give us. Buy-back values depend on the condition, specification and grading of each device once we have inspected it, and may differ from any estimate if devices are not as described. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them.
3. Devices you send us
When you arrange a collection, you confirm that you own the devices or are authorised to dispose of them. Please tell us about any activation locks, accounts or mobile device management (MDM) profiles on the devices so we can deal with them. Ownership of devices and responsibility for them pass as set out in your written agreement with us.
4. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse it, try to gain unauthorised access to it, or introduce viruses or other harmful material. We may change, suspend or withdraw the website, or any part of it, at any time.
5. Accuracy of information
We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or current. Nothing on the website is professional advice.
